Windows Gui - How to CLI?

So I have a gui running on windows.
I want to run some command lines, but I’m not finding a repository.
Additionally I have a vault password, but not sure how to apply it to the CLI.

The repositories are located under ~/.duplicacy-web/repositories/localhost. For backups, cd to ~/.duplicacy-web/repositories/localhost/n where n is the index of the backup on the backup page. Other commands should be run from ~/.duplicacy-web/repositories/localhost/all.

Ok,
I added a path variable and it’s behaving predictably.

My notes have a keychain password that’s not working at the “storage password” prompt.
