I have Windows VPS account on Asphostportal and I’m planning to setup Duplicacy on my server. May I know is Duplicacy working on Windows server? Any documentation or guidelines?

Yes, Duplicacy works fine on Microsoft Windows Server editions.
Are you planning on backing up to your VPS? If so, note that Duplicacy isn’t server software. It’s used on a client device to back up files to a supported storage.
