Copy from a network (NAS) to an external HDD on W11

Hello,
I am using windows to acces my NAS on my network and I installed duplicacy web edition on windows and I also have an external HDD connected to my pc to copy files.
What i want to do is do a back up content in my NAS in to my external HDD with duplicay web edition installed in my windows system.
The issue i run in to is that when I select what folder I want to copy in to my external HDD I cannot select Network drive inside my NAS I can only select local drives in my PC trough Duplicacy UI. Is there a way to do that?

Hi I just purchased the personal backup plan - which should be able to backup my personal files. I have some of my personal files on a network disk and this does not show up when I try to create a backup. If you by ‘personal files’ means only files on your local harddisk, this is not very clear from the program description - have i just spent 20$ for nothng or is there a way to add my network disk?

which is the same issue i have however I see my nas and can connect to it and I can also map an specific folder in my nas to windows then I set up a backup in duplicacy and select the mapped folder , do the back up but then when I want to recover that back up it contains nothing in it.
I am sure it is something I am missing here.

I was not paying attention and I though files weren’t copied in the location i selected but they were!
The solution is adding the network path instead of selecting the directory trough the drop down menu so something like this: \SERVER\Share\directory or //SERVER/Share/directory
Either way worked for me
