I had to google what is going on with the Activities chart. Particularly what all the “localhost-n” lines were all about. Apparently the local host lines are the backups called manually?
I might suggest renaming “Activities” as:
Events Timeline
and having a separate sections for:
Scheduled Events
Manual Backups

Not sure if my suggestion is the same. But I do have 15 Backups. And 1 schedule for all of them (1 daily at night). “Parallel” disabled everywhere. My activities chart is essentially empty besides the entries in the section for that single schedule job.
Imo the individual backups should have their own entries, as they do run as well, just in the context of a job.
